CUSTOMER SERVICES...

WHO IS THE CUSTOMER?

- Customer is the reason why we are here. Without customer how we can open the business and also how we can planning to open the business.

- Customer also can be definition as the person who is pays our salary. Believe it or not? Because, if we don't have customer or specific customer how do we generated and multiple our profit? and some more where we can get the money?

- Customer also can be some one who will demand to fulfill his or her needs. Just a simple example, if we are going to some place to eat so what is our criteria to have some food? of course we will aspect something different and the most important is how the testes of the food and the environment of the place.

Do you like to eat at the place have a lot of rubbish or if we take a look around there was something that make will not to eat? or is it we will repeat to eat at same place if we know already that the place have a low customer service?



WHY ARE CUSTOMER IS VERY IMPORTANT?



- First reason why customer is very important are we can make a lot of profit by satisfying their needs and wants. So, what it means?

If we can make something different, something special that only our restaurant have with nice environment and good customer service, i guarantee 100% that we can make a lot of money with them..just take a looked at TGI FRIDAY'S, MC DONALD, KFC etc...Why we always prefer them? because they are satisfying our needs and wants...


- Second reason is without customer, even though we have a good
staff, we have nice restaurant, we have a super skills and experience, and we have a super products but if we don't have a customer it is nothing. Area of business also play an important things to attract our customer..

- Lastly, if we keep them happy and satisfied they will keep us in business and generated a lot of profit...so, we must remember all this thing before we go through to business and must put it this things to our planning...



REMEMBER...WITHOUT CUSTOMER MEANS NO PROFIT....
